Jacksonville First Coast Leadership Foundation is a nonprofit Christian, organization that partners with leaders in the area to equip our community with resources and strategies to improve communities throughout the First Coast. We have a strategic and hands-on approach to community change.
Leaders are the key.
We identify and partner with leaders in the area that are willing to help. The leaders then volunteer their time and resources to assist with community transformation. These partnerships are the keys to long-lasting and effective community change.
Services to the people.
Our main purpose is to the serve the people that live in communities that are in need. We meet with the people and get to know them. We hear their needs and concerns, then we try to meet those needs. From the schools to the streets and in their jobs, we are there meeting the people of the community where they are at and servicing their needs.
Train Leaders.
“Give a man a fish he eats for a day, but if you train a man to fish, they can eat for a lifetime.” We then partner members of the community with leaders that can mentor them and train them to be the next leaders. We determine what is needed in the community and put the people in place that can make sure a solution is developed and implemented.
